Learn how to make sausage like a pro! Spend the aftermoon with me for a hands-on sausage-making class. We will cover all the basics-fat and meat sourcing, grinding, seasoning, stuffing and twisting. Students will get to take home several pounds of fresh sausage that they will make!

The class will run approximately from 3-5:30 pm at the Redstart Foods Commissary on Saturday April 29th. I will provide wine and snacks. $130 per person.
