Mini hams ranging from 1 ½ to 2 pounds. Brined with fresh thyme, rosemary, brown sugar, and bay leaves. Hickory smoked until 145°.

Holiday orders can be picked up on Friday December 22nd from the Redstart Foods Commissary from 2 pm-6 pm or Saturday December 23rd from the Durham Farmers' Market.
