Sausage Making Class August 24th

Learn how to make sausage like a pro! Spend the afternoon with me for a hands-on sausage-making class. We will cover all the basics-fat and meat sourcing, fabrication, grinding, seasoning, stuffing and twisting. You will get to take home several pounds of fresh sausage that we make!

The class will run approximately from 2-4:15 pm at the Redstart Foods Commissary on Saturday, August 24th. I will provide wine and snacks. $130 per person.
