Sausage Making Class February 3rd
Learn how to make sausage like a pro! Spend the afternoon with me for a hands-on sausage-making class. We will cover all the basics-fat and meat sourcing and fabrication, grinding, seasoning, stuffing and twisting. You will get to take home several pounds of fresh sausage that we make!
The class will run approximately from 2-4:15 pm at the Redstart Foods Commissary on Saturday February 3rd. I will provide wine and snacks. $130 per person.
